MicroSourcing in Pasay City is hiring an Accounts Receivable - Cash Application Specialist (Senior) to join onsite night shift. You will process daily cash postings, apply receipts to invoices, and support multi-currency ledgers.

The role emphasizes reconciliations, invoicing support, cash flow forecasting, and month-end close. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years AR experience, ERP familiarity (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of AR, cash application, or cash accounting experience in multi-currency settings.
• Solid experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) across AR/GL.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and cash flow forecasting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash postings and apply receipts to open AR invoices.
• Reconcile AR subledger and multi-currency bank accounts for accurate reporting.
• Prepare manual AR invoices and coordinate with Cash Collections on issues.
• Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts and intercompany schedules.
• Support month-end close and identify process improvements.
