Job summary

AMCS is seeking a Software Support Engineer in Cebu, Philippines for a mid-level, full-time night-shift role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and maximizing value from our cloud-based SaaS solutions.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, document cases in our CRM, and communicate clearly with users ranging from SuperUser to IT and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role is essential.
• Able to query SQL databases to analyze data for triage and resolution.
• Experience with Azure or other SaaS support platforms is beneficial.
