Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably with US-based clients.
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment following client accounting practices.
• Perform three-way match on PO invoices and obtain approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Plant Manager and Purchasing.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain vendor master files and ensure proper audit records.
