Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting team at the Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. This onsite role requires overseeing daily operations, journal entries, and month-end closes to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of GL/close experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite). CPA is preferred. SSC background and familiarity with Esker or Coupa are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle GL and accounting close leadership experience.
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and oversee daily accounting staff to meet deadlines, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Review and approve routine and complex journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and monthly GL reconciliations.
• Manage full-cycle month-end and year-end close activities and timelines for accurate reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors for consolidated audits, local statutory audits, and tax filings.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve close efficiency.
