Exypnox Inc is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to own the general ledger, perform reconciliations, and assist in the month-end close, working with the US Accounting Manager in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

You will consolidate intercompany and foreign currency transactions, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and support audits. Strong ERP experience (Netsuite) and Advanced Excel are required, with excellent English communication and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of General Ledger Accounting or Record to Report (R2R) experience with ownership of month-end close, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to EMEA and/or US accounting principles is a plus!
• Familiarity with Netsuite (or similar ERPs such as Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations for all close cycles
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual flux analysis
• Prepare consolidations, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
• Handle foreign currency accounting and partner with the Accounting Manager to ensure international accounting is complete
• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in support of the AP function
• Provide supporting documentation and assist with internal and external audits
