Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig (BGC) is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal control activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, leadership capability, and proven experience in financial operations, month-end close, and preparation of management reports for informed decision making.

Hybrid work setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home, with a morning shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Help strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
