Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

Located in BGC, Taguig with a hybrid setup (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home) and a morning shift. You will oversee daily accounting operations, manage month-end closings, prepare reports, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with auditors while strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities
