Qualifications

• Experience as an individual contributor in technical support or incident response.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure without a manager on the spot.
• Willingness to own incidents at night and train a backup.

Responsibilities

• Own night incident command and triage, declaring, triaging, and driving to resolution.
• Monitor the health of platform modules day and night.
• Ensure cross-shift consistency between night and day processes and tools.
• Train a night backup to run real triage and delegate tasks.
• Collaborate with DevOps to maintain stable infrastructure and improve tooling.
• Elevate issues properly and know when to call for escalation.
