Job summary

EviSmart is seeking an Incident Commander for its SaaS Production Operations in Manilat. This permanent night-shift, on-site role will drive real-time recovery decisions when systems fail and customers are affected.

You’ll coordinate Production Support, Application Support, and Engineering to restore services and keep customers operational. The ideal candidate will have hands-on incident troubleshooting experience in a 24/7 environment, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Application/Production Support or SaaS Operations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot live production incidents.
Experience in 24/7/on-call production environments.
Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and dependencies to identify root causes.
Excellent communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Make real-time recovery decisions during incidents to minimize customer impact.
Own the incident clock and drive recovery efforts across teams.
Direct Support/Engineering to restore production and communicate status to customers.
Evaluate workarounds or fixes when standard runbooks fail and adapt as needed.
Ensure customers remain operational until production is restored.
