Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insights and service improvements.
• Experience with digital employee experience, IT operations, automation or endpoint management platforms, including hands-on Nexthink administration across investigations, remote actions and dashboards.
• Ability to build clear reporting and insights using Power BI and communicate trends to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Nexthink capabilities including proactive operations, remote actions, campaigns, dashboards and analytics to support a better digital employee experience.
• Identify user-impacting trends and technology issues through data analysis, translating insights into remediation, automation or service improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, service owners, engineers and operational teams to design, test and deploy scalable solutions that improve reliability and enable proactive support.
• Support the development and governance of Nexthink content, ensuring quality and alignment to priorities.
• Create and maintain reporting, dashboards and executive summaries communicating value and outcomes across IT and business functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate new use cases and expand platform capabilities.
