Job summary

Avaloq Group is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to shape and optimize our digital workplace in Metro Manila. You will manage and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, including virtual desktops, and drive automation across provisioning, security, and lifecycle processes.

You will also use Nexthink dashboards to monitor device health and user experience, collaborating with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents and improve services. Fluency in English and hands-on technical ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting Windows endpoints (physical and virtual).
• 2+ years macOS support, ideally Jamf Pro.
• Knowledge of endpoint provisioning, software deployment and lifecycle management.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash or Zsh, APIs, command-line tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and ownership.
• Clear written and spoken English; willingness to learn Nexthink.

Responsibilities

• Support physical Windows and macOS devices and virtual desktops.
• Troubleshoot OS, app, profile, performance and network issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
• Develop scripts to automate common admin tasks.
• Maintain docs, guides and runbooks for operations.
• Collaborate with service desk, security, network and cloud teams.
