Job summary

EY is seeking a Nexthink analytics professional to optimize digital employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics, automation and scalable improvements that modernize support and elevate employee tech experience.

You will work on Nexthink administration, proactive operations, reporting and governance, partnering with product managers and engineers to implement proactive, reliable solutions across the enterprise.

• Develop, review and govern Nexthink content and governance across priorities.
• Create reporting, dashboards and executive summaries for IT and business stakeholders.
• Work with vendors to evaluate new use cases and expand platform capabilities.
• Maintain platform governance, privacy, security and responsible data use.

The opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, operations and user experience, helping EY expand the value of Nexthink across the organization. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics, automation and scalable improvements that modernize support and enhance the employee technology experience.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of capabilities across Nexthink administration, proactive operations, reporting, dashboarding and service improvement. It also provides the opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, service owners and vendors to identify user-impacting issues, translate data into actionable insight, and support the development of more proactive, efficient and experience-led support models across the enterprise.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Nexthink capabilities including proactive operations, remote actions, campaigns, dashboards and analytics to support a better digital employee experience.
• Identify user-impacting trends and technology issues through data analysis, and translate insights into remediation, automation or service improvement opportunities.
• Partner with product managers, service owners, engineers and operational teams to design, test and deploy scalable solutions that improve reliability, reduce friction and enable proactive support.
• Support the development, review and lifecycle management of remote actions and other Nexthink content, ensuring quality, consistency, governance and alignment to operational priorities.
• Create and maintain reporting, dashboards and executive-ready summaries that communicate value, adoption, trends and outcomes to stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate new use cases, expand platform capabilities, and support roadmap, security, compliance and service transformation initiatives.
• Promote disciplined platform governance by maintaining documentation, supporting privacy and security requirements, and ensuring the responsible use of Nexthink data and automation capabilities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn operational data into practical action and service improvement opportunities.
• Experience with digital employee experience, IT operations, automation or endpoint management platforms, including hands-on Nexthink administration across investigations, remote actions, campaigns, dashboards and content governance.
• Capability to build clear reporting and insights using Power BI, with an understanding of how to communicate trends, performance and value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation and integration processes, and comfort working with ETL, data engineering or related practices to support scalable reporting, dashboarding and operational analysis.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical, operational and business stakeholders, combined with a proactive mindset, sound judgement and a focus on continuous improvement.
