Job summary

Avaloq AG in Metro Manila is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support physical and virtual endpoints and to enhance the digital employee experience. You will troubleshoot OS, application, and network issues, and develop automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

Troubleshoot complex OS, app, user profile, performance, authentication, networking, and device issues.
Develop automation and scripts to simplify administration and troubleshooting.
Maintain up-to-date technical docs, guides, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support physical Windows and macOS devices and virtual Windows desktops.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with service desk, security, network, cloud, and app teams to resolve issues.
Develop Nexthink dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation to improve employee experience.
Maintain endpoint management and provisioning workflows.
