Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a News Page Lead to drive deployment, adoption, and user readiness across distributors. You will work with CD Deployment Lead, Rollout Leads, and project teams to ensure effective implementation, training, and issue resolution.

You will manage UAT, SIT, and integration validation (Salesforce/SAP S/4HANA) and coordinate defect resolution, ensuring alignment with rollout milestones and business objectives across PH Market.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and learning materials.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption of the News Page across distributors.
• Coordinate with Rollout Leads and stakeholders to ensure smooth go-live activities and user enablement.
• Develop and execute training plans, train-the-trainer sessions, and localized learning materials.
