Job summary

HRTx Inc, based in Taguig's BGC, is seeking an experienced Finance/SSO leader to join our Shared Services team. You will partner with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment, create training materials, and oversee accruals and payments with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment, share actionable insights, and support business decision-making.
Create and deliver training programs and self-service materials to empower stakeholders and drive adoption of tools and best practices.
Oversee accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and support change management efforts to improve processes and enhance user engagement.
Support internal controls and audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements.
