Job summary

The position requires coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Account Managers to keep start dates on track, plus proficiency with Excel and Jotform for reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding processes and new-hire communications.
• Knowledge of pre-employment requirements and compliance.
• Experience using ERP systems for data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Send onboarding instructions to new hires using automated tools such as Jotform.
• Validate and track pre-employment requirements for all new hires.
• Encode and maintain new hire data in the ERP system.
• Monitor onboarding trackers and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule pre-employment activities and New Hire Orientation.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Account Managers on start dates.
