KMC Solutions is seeking a Project Manager/Project Coordinator to help plan, schedule, and deliver client-facing IT projects—onboarding, migrations, deployments, and security work. You’ll be the connective tissue between sales, engineering, and the client, keeping initiatives on time, on budget, and on scope while our technical teams focus on the work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project coordination or management in MSP/IT services
• Experience coordinating multiple client projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with PSA tools and PM software

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent client projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead new client onboarding: network documentation, monitoring setup, credential handoff.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate scheduling between engineers, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client contact: status calls, updates, and expectation management.
• Track scope and change orders; manage risks and blockers.
• Procure and track hardware/software orders and licenses.
• Maintain project documentation: SOWs, plans, runbooks, post-project docs.
• Support project profitability by monitoring hours against budget.
