Job summary

Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square) is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to manage pre-employment processing, onboarding documents, and onboarding logistics. The role coordinates background checks, medical examinations, and contracts with various departments to ensure a smooth entry for new hires.

The incumbent will facilitate New Employee Orientation, communicate policies and culture, and maintain confidential onboarding records while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Recruitment, HR Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, or HR operations is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements and documentation
• Coordinate background checks, medical examinations, and other applicable pre-employment processes
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding forms, and related documents
• Coordinate employee account, system, equipment, and access requirements with relevant departments
• Schedule and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Explain company policies, procedures, culture, benefits, expectations, and workplace guidelines
• Coordinate the handover of new employees to their respective departments or training teams
• Maintain complete and confidential employee onboarding records
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
