• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role within logistics/distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking and packing.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary measures as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all warehouse processes.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity rates and safety metrics.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper use and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities, productivity and issues for management review.
