Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects from planning through execution, monitoring and completion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communication and Collaboration: effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate and document meetings, action items, and decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and other materials for meetings and workshops.
• Manage project documentation and maintain effective file systems.
• Support the Program Manager with additional tasks as required.
