Job summary

Concepcion Industrial Corporation is seeking a New Equipment Sales Engineer to drive the sale of OTIS elevators and escalators for new construction and development projects in the Philippines. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical proposals to contract negotiations and order fulfillment, while building strong relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.

The role requires solid B2B sales experience, strong technical knowledge of vertical transport

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience in elevator/escalator or related building solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of vertical transportation systems.
Licensed Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive new equipment sales for OTIS elevators and escalators in assigned territory.
Develop client relationships with real estate developers, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and competitive sales presentations.
Prepare pre-qualification documents and technical submissions in support of new equipment proposals.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients based on company guidelines and pricing policies.
Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
