Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of switching, routing, WLAN and network security technologies, with in-depth expertise in at least one technical area.
• Proficiency equivalent to or higher than RCNP, HCNP or CCNP is required.
• Strong customer-service awareness and team-player mindset, with a passion for technical exploration; able to keep learning and grow professionally in technical areas.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of handling customer feedback and resolving customer complaints.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer after-sales support tickets via phone, email and chat, addressing faults related to Wi-Fi, switches, routers and other product lines.
• Collaborate with the global team to address service-related requirements from local system integrators (SI) & Partners.
• Secure high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s brand reputation.
