Qualifications

• Proven experience in supporting Telco or large enterprise-scale network infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching, TCP/IP).
• Exposure to Telco domains like routing, MPLS IPVPN, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Detect and log problems by analyzing recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
