Strategic Networks Inc. Recruitment is seeking a Network Engineer - Operations Support to maintain, monitor, and support our network infrastructure for high availability and security.

You will manage LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, routers, and switches, ensuring SLA compliance and robust network operations in the Philippines. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with vendors are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, VPN, DNS/DHCP, WLAN and firewall tech.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet or Palo Alto platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL service management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Support change, incident, problem, and capacity management processes.
• Document networks and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
