Job summary

The Network Administrator at Philippine Clearing House Corporation installs, configures, and maintains the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity, security, and performance.

Reporting to the Network Head and under the guidance of the Network Admin Lead, the role emphasizes execution, monitoring, incident resolution, documentation, and compliance with BSP, PCI-DSS, MBSS, supporting business continuity and network projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in network administration/engineering with hands-on experience in mission-critical systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Preferably with CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+, CISSP or equivalent
• Must have experience managing mission-critical systems, particularly within a 24/7 operational environment in the financial services industry.
• Understanding of network infrastructure in financial services, payments, and switch operations, including regulatory and security requirements (BSP, PCI-DSS, MBSS).

The Network Administrator installs, configures, and maintains the organization’s network infrastructure

to ensure reliable connectivity, security, and performance. Reporting to the Network Head and working

under the guidance of the Network Admin Lead, this role focuses on technical execution—implementing

network changes, monitoring operations, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining accurate

documentation. The position contributes to business continuity and scalability by ensuring compliance

with organizational standards and supporting network projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
