Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to serve as the primary resource for clients. You will develop deep product expertise and resolve a wide range of both functional and technical issues, owning cases from analysis to solution with collaboration from senior specialists.

You will gain proficiency in NetSuite and Netgain applications and play a critical role in client success by delivering timely, accurate support and maintaining thorough ticket records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience including administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Customer-service mindset with empathy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve most customer issues independently.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams with clear documentation.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and keep clients informed throughout resolution.
• Stay current on new features and contribute to knowledge resources.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve support processes.
