Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with NetSuite ERP administration or support.
• Demonstrated experience managing support queues, incident triage, and operational reporting.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, and configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities while maintaining responsiveness standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day to day NetSuite support operations, including monitoring support queues and triaging new cases.
• Ensure cases are prioritized correctly, acknowledged within required response timelines, and driven to resolution.
• Provide structured weekly service status reports that include case metrics, incident trends, service risks, and improvement actions.
• Maintain clear documentation of case root causes and corrective actions.
• Proactively identify recurring support issues and recommend structured Service Improvement Plans.
• Drive execution of approved Service Improvement Plans and report measurable progress.
• Escalate service risks early and communicate impact clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage incidents with active ownership until resolution.
• Coordinate investigation of system failures, job failures, concurrency issues, and access control gaps.
• Partner with engineering resources where required, while retaining accountability for delivery and resolution.
• Document incident summaries and corrective action plans.
