Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance seeks a Senior NetSuite-focused Business Solution Specialist to administer, configure, support, and optimize the ERP environment, primarily NetSuite, while also assisting HRIS and other enterprise solutions. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions and drive improvements across the platform.

You will work with stakeholders, manage complex issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to implement enhancements, testing, and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years ERP administration, support, or implementation experience, with 3+ years in NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and integrations.
• Strong business process understanding and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application/integration issues.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Exposure to HRIS or other enterprise apps is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS, citizen development platforms, and other enterprise applications as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better utilization of existing solutions.
• Maintain solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer to IT support teams.

We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite to join our Information Technology Group and provide expert administration, configuration, support, and optimization of our enterprise business solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key subject matter expert for our ERP environment, particularly NetSuite, while also supporting other enterprise solutions such as HRIS, citizen development platforms, and other business applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and functional support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned enterprise solutions.
