Infinit-O seeks an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of our Oracle NetSuite ERP. You will bridge business processes and technology, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, map workflows, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep NetSuite module knowledge (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM), strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field in CS/IT/Business/Accounting.
• 3+ years implementing, configuring, supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Experience in industries like E‑commerce, Wholesale, SaaS, Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Map business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized flows.
• Build/modify custom fields, forms, records, saved searches, dashboards, workflows.
• Oversee data migration and integrations via CSV tools and APIs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technology-collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze requirements, map workflows, configure core modules, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM), strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.


• Business Process Mapping: Conduct workshops with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows, perform gap analysis, and design optimized processes within NetSuite.


• Customization & Workflow Automation: Build and modify custom fields, forms, record types, saved searches, dashboards, and automated business workflows using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow.


• Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the mapping, cleanup, and import of legacy data into NetSuite using CSV import tools; collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations via SuiteTalk or RESTlet APIs.


• Training & Change Management: Create comprehensive user documentation and deliver hands‑on training sessions to ensure smooth end‑user adoption across departments.


• Ongoing Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot system issues, maintain security roles/permissions, manage quarterly release updates, and continuously optimize configuration to support company growth.

Job Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.


• NetSuite Experience: 3+ years of direct experience implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite ERP systems.


• Industry Focus: Prior experience implementing NetSuite in [Insert Industry, e.g., E-commerce, Wholesale/Distribution, Software/SaaS, Manufacturing] preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Deep functional expertise in core NetSuite modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financial Reporting.


• Proficiency with NetSuite administrative tools: SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Reports, and SuiteAnalytics.


• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial workflows.

Certifications (Preferred)

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant


• NetSuite Certified Administrator


• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer (optional, for technical consultants)
