Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. in Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support/Order Processor to manage customer and dealer orders in NetSuite and coordinate order-related activities in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of computer literacy and proficiency with business systems.
• Experience using NetSuite is required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and dealer orders accurately using NetSuite.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to address issues, delays, and other order-related concerns.
• Manage shared email inboxes and respond professionally to inquiries from customers, dealers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track and follow up on pending orders, requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and update support tickets for order-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers regarding order updates, customer requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.
• Assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment while contributing to a positive customer experience.
