MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City is seeking a Netsuite Accounting Specialist to manage daily financial transactions, record keeping, AP/AR, and month‑end close.

This onsite, day‑shift role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, precise data handling, and the ability to collaborate with finance and cross‑functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide timely financial information to support business decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.
