Remote Talent is seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Coordinator to support an Australian client from a remote location. You will own HR matters, manage sensitive employee issues, and ensure timely, compliant processes within the NDIS framework.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, and applying SCHADS Award provisions, with the ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly with the General Manager.

Qualificações

• Actual experience working within the NDIS sector.
• Practical knowledge applying the SCHADS Award and its employment conditions.
• Hands-on experience conducting or facilitating workplace mediation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support to management.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate meetings, mediation, and difficult workplace conversations.
• Maintain HR records, policies and compliance documentation.
• Oversee training, staff acknowledgements, and HR communications.
• Escalate complex matters to external HR advisors when needed.
