Job summary

Tarino, a remote-friendly Australian NDIS provider, seeks an experienced Compliance Officer to own the compliance function from home in the Philippines, aligning with Australian business hours. You will lead the internal audit program, manage NDIS service agreements, and oversee staff screenings, training records, and evidence lodgments.

This role suits self-directed professionals with strong attention to detail and proven NDIS experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of compliance experience in an Australian NDIS business.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and audit requirements.
• Experience with NDIS platforms such as ShiftCare is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the internal audit program and maintain the live audit schedule.
• Keep NDIS service agreements current and track expiries and renewals.
• Manage renewal cycles for participant support plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor worker and contractor compliance documents, including screenings and certifications.
• Record and follow up complaints and incidents per NDIS obligations.
• Prepare compliance evidence for lodgment via the NDIS provider portal.
