Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Fund Servicing Associate (Manager level) to ensure timely and accurate NAV delivery for fund accounting and client release. You will lead day-to-day execution, oversee derivatives processing, and maintain strong controls while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues.

You will support client onboarding and technology enhancements in a dynamic environment, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and a solid background in OTC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with digital or automation tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
• Strong understanding of OTC derivatives and servicing processes.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage controls in an operations setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply derivatives and securities knowledge to support accurate processing.
• Lead day-to-day team execution and quality oversight for NAV delivery.
• Process and validate derivatives trades and lifecycle events per client instructions.
• Book trades with complete valuation, cash flows, and collateral processing.
• Reconcile derivatives portfolios and investigate breaks for timely resolution.
• Perform first-level authorization and quality review per controls.
• Respond to stakeholder queries promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze root causes to improve straight-through processing and reduce inquiries.
• Manage operational risk with end-to-end ownership and escalation as needed.
• Support onboarding activity and partner with tech/strategy teams for enhancements.
