Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Fund Servicing Associate (Manager level) to ensure timely and accurate NAV delivery and oversee derivatives processing. You will guide day-to-day team execution, validate trades, and manage risk with end-to-end ownership.

The role includes client onboarding support and collaboration with technology for enhancements. Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, valuation, cash flows, and collateral is required, along with leadership and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years in financial services.
• Experience with Tableau or Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate NAV delivery to support fund accounting and client release.
• Lead day-to-day team execution and oversight of derivatives processing.
• Process, value, and reconcile OTC derivatives per client instructions.
• Book trades with valuation, cash flow, and collateral.
• Reconcile derivatives portfolios and investigate breaks.
• Perform first-level authorization and quality review.
• Serve as escalation point for stakeholder queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions.
• Perform root-cause analysis to improve straight-through processing.
• Manage operational risk with end-to-end ownership.
• Support onboarding and technology enhancements.
