Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a senior Fund Accounting professional (VP) to supervise NAV production for Pension, Superannuation, and Investment Manager clients.

You will guide the NAV process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs, while coordinating across local and international partners. You will lead the fund accounting team, improve workflows, and address issues escalated by stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a fund accounting environment
• Front-to-back understanding of fund accounting lifecycle
• Strong communication with internal and external clients across sites

Responsibilities

• Own publication of accurate and timely NAVs for Asset Managers and Owners
• Manage workflow through the lifecycle of Fund Accounting subfunctions
• Oversee daily workflow within the Fund Accounting team
• Optimize team capacity through resource planning and training
• Ensure daily controls and processing are completed and signed off
• Provide direction and leadership to the team
• Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to staff
• Review SOP content in line with new policies and risk management
• Contribute to strategic development of Fund Accounting products
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across locations
