Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Vice President for Fund Accounting to lead NAV production for Pension, Superannuation and Investment Manager clients, ensuring timely and accurate valuations and adherence to service level agreements.

You will supervise NAV workflows, coordinate with partners across locations, and act as a senior contact for cross-functional collaboration while promoting risk management, process improvements, and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Fund Accounting with NAV production experience.
• Front-to-back understanding of Fund Accounting lifecycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards for Asset Managers.
• Familiarity with taxation rules for Asset Managers.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Own publication of accurate NAVs for Asset Managers and Owners.
• Manage the end-to-end Fund Accounting workflow.
• Oversee daily operations and controls within the team.
• Plan resources and develop staff to ensure robustness.
• Ensure client inquiries are resolved and SLAs met.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team.
• Communicate strategic and regulatory changes across the department.
• Maintain SOPs and risk management practices.
• Contribute to strategic development of Fund Accounting products.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across locations.
