Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a Sales Data Specialist lead to oversee data collection, validation, and reporting for the sales organization. You will ensure data integrity across SAP, POS, and internal reports, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and regular performance updates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on forecasting, targets, and reporting enhancements, driving data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree required in business/related field
• Experience in sales operations, analytics, or data analysis preferred
• Strong Excel and data tooling skills required
• Familiarity with SAP or POS data platforms and dashboards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales Data Specialist and ensure accurate data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the Sales Data Specialist, ensuring effective data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.


• Ensures accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data across systems (SAP, POS, and internal reports), resolving discrepancies as needed.


• Analyzes sales performance and KPIs (volume, revenue, growth, coverage) to identify gaps, opportunities, and provide actionable insights.


• Supports sales planning and operations, including forecasting, target setting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.


• Develops and improves reporting tools and dashboards, standardizes processes, and delivers regular performance updates to Sales leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or any related field


• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or data analysis


• With experience handling or guiding team members is an advantage


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)


• Familiarity with SAP, POS systems, or similar sales data platforms


• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Detail-oriented and highly organized


• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
