Job summary

The role focuses on developing brand plans and monitoring activities to ensure alignment with approved plans. The candidate will forecast demand, coordinate with regulatory and logistics teams to meet supply timelines, allocate resources for campaigns, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 years Marketing, Business or related courses.
• At least 5 years in pharmaceutical industry (sales and marketing) handling Ethical promotions.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategic duties: provide short and long term strategic direction for product management, advertising & promotions and product training for the sales force.
• Develop brand plans and monitor advertising, promotion and aids activities per approved plans.
• Prepare product forecasts through demand planning and coordinate with regulatory & logistics to ensure supply timelines.
• Allocate resources and schedule marketing activities according to product importance in the brand strategy.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
