Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a National Finance Controller to coordinate operational accounting and ERP management during a transition from Business Central 365 to Xero. You will oversee 45 profit centers, 170 motor vehicles, and drive automation while reporting to the CEO on month-end closes and financial checklists.

The role emphasizes month-end accuracy, cross-site reconciliations, and compliance with BAS/PAYG.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree preferred; diploma acceptable.
• 3 years of experience ideal.
• Advanced Excel, Xero, BC365 and Shiftcare advantageous.
• NDIS knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational accounting and ERP management across sites.
• Oversee month-end reporting, reconciliations, and journals.
• Manage asset administration and compliance activities.
• Drive finance process automation and lead improvements with CEO.
