Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Finance Controller to lead month-end close, statutory compliance, reporting and forecasting across entities, including intercompany and FX. The role demands CPA in the Philippines and 6–9 years post-qualification experience with strong controls and leadership.

Must have hands-on AP/AR, cash management, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and education up to date with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• CPA (Philippines) or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 6–9 years post-qualification experience, incl. 2+ years in controllership/finance manager roles.
• Full ownership of month-end close across multiple entities, incl. intercompany and FX.
• End-to-end statutory and tax compliance experience, incl. audits/examinations.
• Primary contact for statutory auditors; able to manage audits through signed accounts.
• Hands-on ownership of AP, AR, cash management, and payment/vendor controls.
• Experience reconciling operational revenue to the general ledger.
• Proven ability to build or strengthen internal controls.
• Finance team leadership and accountability for team output.
• End-to-end budgeting and forecasting ownership.
• Strong financial modelling, ERP/accounting systems, Excel, and data skills.
• BI tools knowledge: Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability during Australian business hours, incl. month-end.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a developing finance function with overseas management.
