Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a National Facilities Manager to strengthen our facilities program across store networks. The role focuses on standardizing maintenance, improving safety, and driving reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and associated equipment.

You will lead regional teams and partners, manage vendor relationships and budgets, perform regular audits, and work closely with Ops to ensure locations are safe, functional, and customer-ready nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience, preferably in retail, restaurants, hospitality or similar industries.
• Experience managing a large, geographically distributed portfolio.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and commercial equipment.
• Experience leading field or regional technical teams.
• Strong vendor management and cost-control capability.
• A hands-on, highly organized, results-driven and accountable leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent facilities and maintenance standards across multiple locations.
• Implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive faster response, resolution and improved SLA performance; ensure reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and store equipment.
• Strengthen regional facilities teams, contractors and vendors; manage budgets and costs.
• Conduct regular facilities audits and drive continuous improvement of store conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to keep locations safe, functional, well-maintained and customer-ready nationwide.

We are looking for an experienced National Facilities Manager to strengthen our Facilities organization and help raise operational and maintenance standards across store network.

THE ROLE will help drive:

• Consistent facilities and maintenance standards across multiple locations
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Faster response, resolution and improved SLA performanceReliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and store equipment
• Stronger performance of regional Facilities teams, contractors and vendorsEffective budget and cost management
• Regular facilities audits and continuous improvement of store conditions
• Close partnership with Operations to keep every location safe, functional, well-maintained and customer-read
