Job summary

Tech It Easy Business Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency across 15 retail stores, one warehouse, and the main office in Metro Manila.

You will lead a small team, manage vendor contracts, budgeting, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, with willingness to travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally across multiple retail or commercial sites.
• Working knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and vendor contract management.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to travel across store locations as needed and to lead a small team.
• Must be willing to handle 15 retail stores, 1 warehouse, 1 main office
