AEO Mexico is seeking a Site Merch Lead to own localization, content strategy, and site merchandising for our Mexico digital channels, guiding transitions from the US to MX teams and driving conversion across web and app.

You will manage daily content builds, optimize product discoverability with Bloomreach styling, run A/B tests, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and maintain independent MX timelines to push timely offers and promotions.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in e-commerce/retail/content management or website merchandising
• Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English
• Experience leading workflows or small teams
• Knowledge of CMS and site merchandising platforms

Mansioni

• Lead localization & transition of content and site merchandising tasks from the US team to MX local team
• Oversee Bloomreach page sort updates and MX-specific sorting rules to improve conversion
• Coordinate daily and seasonal homepage modules, banners, and app modules with Contentstack
• Manage multi-device navigation, flyouts, and vanity URLs for localized discovery
• Define rigorous QA workflows and monitor digital performance metrics (revenue growth, AUR, conversion)
