Xerox is seeking an experienced eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to manage product catalogs, digital merchandising, and content across eCommerce platforms. You will ensure accurate, engaging product information aligned with brand standards and drive online sales through data-driven optimization.

You will work with Adobe Commerce, AEM, and PIM platforms, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to implement catalog updates, optimize SEO, and support promotions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in eCommerce merchandising, product content management, catalog management, or digital commerce operations.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce, AEM, PIM systems, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising principles, product lifecycle, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Create and optimize product catalogs, categories, bundles, and attributes across eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and promotions are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize digital assets including images, videos, collateral, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute catalog updates.
• Analyze product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize content using SEO, accessibility, and user experience standards.
• Support campaigns, launches, and merchandising updates across online channels.
• Conduct QA reviews to validate content accuracy and customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising documentation, templates, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and platform enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to propose innovative strategies.
• Prepare reports on merchandising performance and outcomes.
