Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. Makati City invites a friendly guest services associate to welcome museum guests and provide a professional, culturally sensitive visitor experience.

You will manage queues, process admissions and Shop transactions, coordinate with staff, monitor inventory, and collect visitor surveys.

This onsite role is 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday) 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with salary ₱20,000 plus HMO and a 12-month project-based contract.

Qualifications

• At least a College Graduate.
• Preferably Tourism, Hospitality or related courses.
• Experience in front desk, frontline, customer service, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and presentable.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist museum guests, providing a professional and culturally sensitive visitor experience.
• Manage queues and ensure smooth visitor flow.
• Coordinate with museum staff and support personnel as needed.
• Process admissions, reservations, and Shop transactions using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory and request replenishment or replacements when needed.
• Distribute and collect visitor surveys.
• Reconcile daily admission and Shop transactions and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive reception and Shop display area.
• Willing to work 6 days onsite, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays when the museum is open.
