Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is hiring for a front desk/customer service role located onsite in Makati City. The successful candidate will warmly welcome museum guests, handle admissions and reservations, process transactions via POS, and maintain a well-organized reception and shop area.

Strong communication and professional presentation are essential, with a 12-month project-based contract. Only applicants able to work onsite from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM will be considered; HMOs are

Qualifications

At least a College Graduate
Preferably a graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, or related courses
With experience in front desk, frontline, customer service, or similar roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and presentable
Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist museum guests, providing a professional and culturally sensitive visitor experience.
Manage queues and ensure smooth visitor flow.
Coordinate with museum staff and support personnel as needed.
Process admissions, reservations, and Shop transactions using the POS system.
Monitor inventory and request replenishment or replacements when needed.
Distribute and collect visitor surveys.
Reconcile daily admission and Shop transactions and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive reception and Shop display area.
Willing to work 6 days onsite, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays when the museum is open.
