Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a candidate for a customer service role in Muntinlupa/Cavite area. The position is onsite with a 6-month contract, Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM. Salary ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱22,000 plus HMO. Weekend work and overtime possible, 22 workdays per month.

The role requires 4-year degree and 2+ years in customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-volume customer concerns and inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer concerns by handling high-volume inquiries, identifying root causes, providing appropriate solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, demonstrating empathy, taking ownership of concerns, processing requests through CRM, and ensuring proper follow-through.
Maintain compliance and performance standards by accurately documenting customer interactions, meeting individual and team KPIs, and adhering to Account's security, authentication, and data privacy policies.
