Job summary

Top Alliance, based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, seeks a Customer Support Associate to join our front-line team. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns to maintain high satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for customer service or business administration experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
Experience in customer service or call centre environments is desirable.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
Empathy and problem-solving mindset in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
Provide accurate product and service information and address concerns.
Document interactions using CRM and track customer history.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to other departments or staff.
Maintain high service quality, comply with policies, and seek process improvements.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
