Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee operations, profitability, and performance across multiple restaurant locations in the district.

You will coach Store Managers, lead cost controls, and drive sales growth while ensuring adherence to food safety and service standards. The role requires travel to stores, strategic planning, and strong leadership to achieve district targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in QSR/food service or restaurant operations, supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-store or multi-unit operations and coaching Store Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant stores within the assigned district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety regs, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Monitor district sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage store-level P&L, including food costs, labor costs, and controllable expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to strengthen leadership and ops.
• Oversee manpower planning, staffing needs, and productivity across stores.
• Ensure inventory management, stock availability, waste reduction, and proper handling.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor KPIs: sales growth, profitability, labor productivity, inventory variance, customer satisfaction.
